Water Damage – Phoenix Home

Water damage at this Phoenix home was the result of a leak that developed in the water heater located on the other side of the wall from the family room. The leak saturated the walls and baseboards on both sides. The water damage had occurred over a weekend that the residents were away on a trip, so that made the leak worse than if it had been noticed earlier. SERVPRO of Central Phoenix would remove the baseboards and drill holes in the bottom of the walls to allow commercial air movers to dry the inside of the walls. Other air movers and dehumidifiers would be strategically placed to aid in the drying process.
