Fire Damage – Phoenix Home
Fire damage at this Phoenix home began in the kitchen and quickly engulfed the upper area of the structure. When presented with this kind of fire damage our trained technicians would assess the damage and develop a restoration plan to be presented to the property owner and the insurance adjuster. Once approved the next step would be to move out the contents to our warehouse for cleaning and restoration. Then they would demolish the unsalvageable walls, ceilings, fixtures, and appliances. Some of the structural units such as the framing shown in the after photo could be salvaged by a process called ice blasting. Some of the studs and attic framing would need to be replaced. Before the installation of new drywall, the staff would purge the home of odors.
